Return & Warranty Policy
1.Two-Year Warranty
We provide a 2-year warranty for all products. During the warranty period, we will take responsibility for any quality issues that are non-man-made.
2.Replacement for Quality Issues
For any defects caused by non-man-made factors, we will send replacement products free of charge. Replacements can be included in the customer’s next shipment or sent separately, depending on urgency.
3.Refund Option
If the buyer prefers not to receive replacements, we can also offer a refund for the defective items.
4.Proof of Issue
To process replacements or refunds smoothly, the buyer is requested to provide photos or short videos showing the defective products or packaging upon receipt.
5.Shipping Damage Handling
If goods are damaged during transportation, we will coordinate with the shipping provider and offer replacement or partial refund, depending on the extent of the damage.
6.Exclusions
The warranty does not cover damages caused by:
Improper installation or use
Unauthorized modification
Intentional or accidental man-made damage
